Effects of Water Supply Mode on Nitrogen Transformation and Ammonia Oxidation Microorganisms in a Tea Garden

چکیده
Drought limits tea yield and can also negatively impact its quality. In this study, constant humidity dry–wet alternating modes were compared to determine their impacts on soil nitrogen transformation ammonia-oxidizing microorganisms. was found reduce the NH4+-N concentration under mode, NO3−-N highest in 60% water-holding capacity (WHC) soil. Soil content increased rapidly after rewatering, increasing frequency of watering resulted a higher accumulation NO3−-N. drought reduced abundance archaea (AOA), whereas that ammonite-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) increased. Increases duration inhibited activity AOA relative AOB rehydration. The water supply mode did not change community structure or at genus level but affected abundance. contribution rate nitrification potential (PNR) 42.75–49.72%, 50.28–57.25%. PNR increased, decreased. Taken together, these findings indicate ammonia oxidation might be primarily driven by weakly acidic neutral This study reveals effects different micro-organisms provides scientific basis for improving use efficiency.
